Yeah, no. This is dumb. I’m in advertising and we frequently interface with not-for-profit organizations. When someone donates, we encourage them to share that they donated with others on social media and share why they donated as well (oftentimes they have a story of significance). Others see this and it inspires them to donate as well. We see a noticeable difference in donations when comparing organizations that do this versus those that don’t.

People who donate and spread the word about worthy organizations are great. What an odd thing to be irritated by. I’d put people who won’t shutup about their SO way higher on the “biggest peeve” list

I rent my private jet out for 2-3 hour photo shoots so people can take pictures pretending to be on a private jet. Plane never leaves the hanger. I charge $500 per hour.
