She said she was single, we hooked up quite a few times, found out she was married. We stopped and I saw her in a bar a while later. She introduced me to her husband (one big sumbitch) and we talked. Couple hours later we are all outside the bar and he was talking pretty vulgar about his wife and said something to the effect of "my wife is great in bed". In my head I was thinking "I know". Moved away shortly after that and never saw either of them again.

Yes. I didn't know she had a boyfriend.
He confronted me in person. I told him the truth and that I had no idea he existed. He was understanding.

Well, now that you know, run like wildfire. If they'd cheat with you, they' also cheat on you, pretty common practice. I guess it happens often because people like to feel they're in a tv show or some shite, or they're bored with their lives, its absolutely crazy.
