No. I miss my family but living in a different state really does show how disfunctional Louisiana is, and I hope to never live there again.

Jackson, LA. Left as soon as I got out of school and left nothing of value there. Nope

No

Major employer shut down operations in state. No effort to diversify. Town dried up overnight. Pillars of the community moved out or died. Town is now overrun with druggies. Not much better statewide. Stay off dark roads near town after midnight, you just might stumble on a drug deal in progress. In forty-five years city went from thriving city to shithole.

Sad.

I spent a lot of time back in mine a year ago due to a family illness.

Small N La town

Everyone goes to church and acts high and mighty but all they do is gossip about one another. He said she said all freaking day.

City people don't have time for this nonsense and don't really give a frick about other people's issues.

Frick them bible thumping hillbillies
