Ever have an attack of flop sweat at a social function?

Happened to me at a party tonight. It was partly outside, and inside it was crowded and hot. It's like I was turned into a lawn sprinkler. Shirt soaked. Went through a stack of napkins wiping my face. WTF.

I'm not fat and I sweat like a pig. I'm hot natured for whatever reason. I was like that at 7-8 years old too
ETA - my wife is 5'6" and 120 lbs and she's the most hot natured person that I know. She turns the fricking ac down to 66 at night when Im not looking.

That’s odd, because research suggests that fitter individuals begin sweating faster because their bodies have adapted to cool off faster.

It kept happening because you were thinking about it. It gives you anxiety. I used to drop sweat because I would hope I wouldn’t sweat. Started to use certain dry at night which stopped this and then I stopped thinking about it. Quit wearing undershirts and all is good.

I’m 6’3” and was 248 lbs outta shape and would sweat terribly. I lost 27 lbs and don’t sweat near as much now.
