You should've called your husband for help, sweetie.

Did you loosen the nuts before jacking it up?

Are you talking about a wheel or a tire?

Kick the tire, but be careful if your jack is sketchy or it’s on uneven ground.

Probably didn't loosen the nuts at all!

Rusted on the hub. If you can’t kick it off, hit the front and back of the tire with a small metal mallet. Make a circle pattern around front and back of tire. When it finally comes off, wire brush the rim that meets the hub and the hub itself. Also, don’t hit the rim!

I’m not sure. Let me check with my ROADSIDE mechanic and get back with you on that

Here's a trick. Loosen the bolts enough where they aren't tight, but won't slip off. Lower your vehicle and drive 10- 20 feet. Done this a thousand times and always works and doesn't damage the vehicle.

I had that happen on an older model Toyota Corolla. There was some corrosion on the inside of the rim that made it hard to remove. I used a rubber mallet to loosen the rim and when I reinstalled the rim, I applied Never-Seez to the inside of the rim. Didn’t have anymore problems after that.
