You’ve had 1000 flat tires?

Was an auto technician in my previous job. It's also called a hyperbole. Thanks for playing.

Is that a fancy name for tire guy?

Tires are part of a vehicle, so yes, I guess it's an aspect of the job. Anything else I need to teach you about?

Yeah. I’ve had my lug nuts expand and couldn’t get my lug wrench on

That’s all for today grease monkey.
Break is over, get back to your rack. My truck isn’t going to change it’s own oil.

Do you know what the phrase "previous job" means? You're trying very hard to be funny and falling just short. Don't give up hope.

I had one around 20 years ago when I was at LSU. I had a flat. I put the donut spare on and took it to WalMart to get it fixed. They patched it and put it back on. The next day it was flat. The big problem was when I went to take it off one of the studs that the lug nuts were on snapped off with the lug nut still on it. It turns out that the guy at WalMart had cross threaded the lug nut to start and then used an impact wrench. In short, it wasn’t coming back off. I had to get it fixed somewhere but WalMart did pay for it which was nice.

3 times. Buddy had an old ford truck sob’ing lugnut must’ve been rusted on. Ended up breaking the bolt. Same thing on a mustang, but broke 3 bolts. My wife’s grandmothers buick on the way back from Dallas in 100+ heat on the side of the interstate. Could not get the last one to break loose. I was supremely pissed. Ended up breaking the lug wrench.

I was on my way to a job interview in Ft. Worth traveling through 2-laned rural E. TX and hit something in a construction zone that sliced left rear tire.
There I am, jacket and tie, Mid June heat & humidity and had never so much as rotated the tires on this vehicle since purchase. So yep, one lug nut stuck fast.
Ended up jumping up on the tire iron to break the nut loose. Jumping, not just stepping. And it took 3-4 jumps. Was dripping sweat, shirts (undershirt and dress both) sopping wet. Hell, even my belt was wet in the front and back.
Drove back home about 25 miles and rescheduled interview. And that's how I started working in DFW area. Which, 2nd week in, drove through a FtW construction area and got a screw in the same left rear so a 2nd new $400 tire in under a month.

I’m glad I can afford to pay people to do this peasant’s work.

It’s been an hour and a half and OP hasn’t posted again. I hope the car didn’t fall on him due to some of the advice in this thread.

Had a flat tire this morning and the damn tire won’t come off the car. WTF is this shite???
Do you mean the lugnuts won't come off or after removing them you can't get the tire off? If it's the latter the only time I've seen that happen is when the vehicle wasn't jacked up enough.

I did, two luggs once on a flat. Cracked the OEM tire iron trying to get one off.
