Ever get ads for words you say out loud?

I swear I’ve seen ads on TG or other websites the day I just happen to say certain words out loud.
Today for instance I told my wife I needed to get a new pair of merrells for work and I actually stopped at bass pro. Never searched the item and tonight two ads for merrells.
My phone is listening.....

Not really. I seem to get a lot of ads for bulls these days though. I wonder why. I don't own a ranch or anything.

Could have tracked my location but it didn’t show me boats or camo the adds were specifically for merrells. Super odd

Yes your devices listen to you and yes it has been going on for years. At least five years since I first noticed it. your devices and smart TV's are always listening.
