All of the above are fine then with one exception:
Are you trying to bring a used homemade avacado-based dip that's all brown and nasty? If so, for asking this question, you should be sorry. Assuming you're a reasonable person and aren't trying to slide shite like this and a "grab bag" of beers isn't "80 cans of keystone, natty, and The Beast," then I think you're fine.
ETA: also, if you double dip your chips, leave that shite at home

How cheap are you?
Cheap? No. Lazy and not wanting to make a run before we leave or waste time on it when we get up there? Absolutely.

As long as you’re not ping-ponging all over the store, you can get in and out in like 10 minutes

For example, is it ok to bring a couple half bottles of booze?
Wine, no. Liquor yes.
Don’t bring open prepackaged food. If you insist on being a tight-arse, empty the dip into a serving dish and tell people you made it. Prepared food is okay to bring in any container

I would just go buy new dip and new rolls. Alcohol is fine.

We used to host my wife's company's parties now and then. They'd send a couple of gals to the market and have them deliver tons of food and booze to our house.
The day after the party we'd have friends over for a second party, featuring the booze and snacks from the previous night.
Then on Monday my wife would bring a bag of chips and a 2 liter soda to her office break room (as "the leftovers" from the party).

You should not be worried about this at all.

is it ok to bring a couple half bottles of booze? That shite doesn't spoil. What about a grab bag of different beers? A dip you opened the day before? A bag of buns with a couple already eaten?
Yes to the bold no to the underlined.

First, make sure everybody eats a hotdog. Then, show them a selfie of your dong in a hotdog bun.

And play the "guess who got the lucky bun game"?
Do they make mini buns? Like buns for cocktail weiners?

Sir, I live in the land of fresh water...walleye, perch, etc. Catfish would not be looked on favorably up here.

Take the booze - keep the food at home.
