I don't think the Michelle Obama post is racist. It suggests she's ugly. There are tons of similar type memes about Donald Trump's appearance.

The first pic is the only one that I see as being possibly offensive. If we're honest with ourselves, most of us probably don't want our daughters marrying outside of their race. I don't think that makes one racist. I wouldn't have a problem with a black father saying the same thing. Suggesting that you would kill them for it is pretty distasteful.
The second pic - Michelle Obama does look a lot like a dude. Much more so than that tranny in one of Pecker's posts a week or so back. I'm not sure why that's wrong to say.

That first photo is awful. There's nothing remotely funny about it. It's disturbing. The second photo is in bad taste but gets a pass since Michelle Obama is a public figure. The third photo is just stupid.

My ex had relatives from that town. Oh wait, it was explained to me that Morse is not a town it is actually a village because it didn't have enough people to actually be considered a town. I didn't know there was a population requirement to be a town.

How fricking stupid can you be? You work with the public (although the population there is only like 900). If I am someone from any of the groups he posted about and I knew what he posted on FB, I would have a problem with him policing my community.
But either way, knowing your job, how do you even consider posting this on FB? Even if someone else posted it and he shared it, that's pretty much doing the same. People share shite they want others to see. If he was against someone posting it, he would have implied in his post "Why do people post shite like this?" or something like that.
