Not for the $125. There’s an option to receive more if you have documentation proving time spent.

Actually no documentation required if spent less than 10 hours. Can receive $25 per hour.

You can only get cash payment if you're already paying for credit monitoring service. Otherwise you get free credit monitoring (from the company that had the breach)
