It's highly unlikely someone was able to get into the cell and kill him and stage it as a hanging. Though not impossible. It isn't as unlikely that people, knowing he had attempted to commit suicide once already, helped arrange for circumstances to allow him to finish the job.

I don’t know the answer. But curious to others that have committed suicide under similar circumstances. Robin Williams and Michael Hutchence come to mind. Maybe one of the Carradine bros too.

Nope, not at all. Look at Robin Williams suicide. He wrapped a belt around his neck and wedged the other end between the closet door and door jamb to off himself.
He was found dead the next morning in an almost seated position. If you have the desire to off yourself, you'll succeed.
Those people who claim "I have tried to kill myself 3 times already" are full of shite and only looking for attention. If you truly want to kill yourself, you'll find a way to make it happen.

The only way I could see broken bones is if he rolled off the top bunk of the bunk bed. I can’t see just falling down as enough force to break neck bones.

The point is people who hang themselves like that rarely break any bones while doing so. They just succumb to death from asphyxiation. The odds are against Epstein breaking any bones in his neck from his method of suicide. As the article states, doctors would more likely see those types of injuries in victims of strangulation.

I’d be curious to know how many guards would be involved to get someone? They are pretty good about making it a multiple point of contact process so you can’t just pay one guy off. So I’m going to assume 5 or 6.
