However according to Manchester Evening News the venue appears to come with some strict rules for customers to abide.
These include 'no name-dropping' and an edict that 'gentlemen will not introduce themselves to ladies.'
If a man dares to break the rule, the bar has advised women to simply ‘lift your chin slightly and ignore him’.
However women are free to introduce themselves to men or they can simply ask the bartender to make the introduction.
So, basically a physical Bumble with drinks.

If you read the full description of the bar it is likely to do really well for at least a short time based on the mystery and curated guest list alone. Manchester is the kind of city where an underground bar like this could get a serious cult following.
The "rules" BTW according to the owner are a bit tongue in cheek. The publicity is fairly good considering tOT is discussing a bar opening in central England.

I kind of like it. Just go hang out and drink, and the women come to you. You may have to dismiss a few fatties, but sounds fun.
