if you have a cant handle people wanting to bring or bringing their dogs places, especially around a college town.... you probably need the emotional support animal so go pet that dog.
Exception being fine dining, or something, or poorly socialized animals.

They have students sign up for the program and they will train the dogs from I think bout 8 weeks to 1-2 years before the dogs begin phase 2 of their training.
