I would have clearly failed that exam as the main charachter closely resembles a liberal Democrat white woman with a penis she sewed on by her trans kid.

You guys are clearly not familar with the crazy hypos that are part of law school exams.
The thing that struck me was the hypo was set in Nevada. I went to law school in NC and every exam hypo in a class not specifically about NC law was always located in "West Carolina".
There is a lot of extraneous facts in the hypo but then most all law school exam questions have a bunch of extraneous stuff in them. Politics generally don't need to come into a law school class but a decent lawyer doesn't let words trigger them, if they do they are going to have a lot of very long days in the office.

Crazy fact patterns, sure, but no It is not normal for a professor to blatantly demonize any political side in law school exam.
This is low class bullshite.

I’m sure the General would have requested a violation of UCMJ if this was his daughter

Agree. He could have said “politically powerful” without specifying the party.

Academia, including LSU, is wholly corrupted by leftists. But then am occasional pushback like this comes along and all the leftists go screeching about free speech and fantasizing that conservatives are censoring professors and killing education.

Yeah. Cheney was good too. Pretty much all the ones who came from the real world were good. The ivory tower ones? frick em.

It takes a seriously disturbed individual to write that.

I’ll one up you on this. I told them to take my name off their alumni mailing list. Had to call and give em an earful before they actually stopped.
Spaht you’re a c unt.
Ghallager you’re a communist pussy for taking Middleton’s name off the library and the only reason why people laughed at your jokes was to suck up to you. You’re not funny.
And secret grading? Ha that was a fricking lie. Had a friend that was close to a bunch of top ranked students. He said they didn’t study and didn’t know shite but still got top grades. All they did was be pets for the professors and do their research for publishing. Meanwhile the rest of us had to bust our arse to make our grades. He was pissed as well.
And blacks got a secret summer school to prepare themselves for freshman first semester. Whitey here didn’t have that. Then they tried to hide it. fricking racists.
I can give lots more reasons. I do not lump Mengis and a few others in this FYI.
The alumni relations told me a bunch of alumni feel the same way but now it’s a more fair and rewarding experience. I said that’s good but you still won’t get any money out of me.
frick you LSU Law School.
I feel the same about Southern Law. Incompetent, liberal, and racist. Not much else to say.

Where is John Baker when you need him ????

I do not think this is real, but if it is, the professor and the dean should be fired. If it is in anyway indicative of what passes for a legal education at the LSU law school, then I’m sure that institution will continue its slide from once well respected to laughable.

Except for Symeonides. He pushed you for your best. So did Pugh.
I remember fumbling around in my notes while Pugh grilled me. He paused and then said:
“Mr. Rancho, as Abraham Lincoln once remarked, in your head would be a good place to keep that information.”
I’ve never gone into a depo, hearing, or trial without having crucial points memorized.
They were the old breed, and I’m damn glad I had them.

That is bizarre. Did not see that shite in Mechanical Engineering.
Your professor never asked to examine your tool?

You are the judge. Assume all of the facts above are proven beyond a reasonable doubt at trial. Discuss all potential crimes and defenses.
As someone who graduated in engineering, this is so foreign to me. How is your score even calculated? If you miss one or throw something in there that might not be a crime that the professor considered, what happens? My brain doesn't work when there isn't an answer at the end to draw a box around and include units
