According to his Niceville Police Department arrest report, Presley touched more than one young child's buttocks and genital areas. The touching took place while the children were clothed, the report said.
One of the victims told investigators that Presley had humped (the child). The victims were both around the age of 8 when the alleged abuse occurred.
Presley told his wife what he had done and that he was sorry, he "goofed," according to his arrest report.
