With the exception of Japan, Korea and perhaps Taiwan, the other countries are all 3rd-world shitholes.
We are getting the cream of the crop here as immigrants. Same with some of the African countries. We are getting the smartest Nigerians, etc.
If they were all so smart and hardworking, they wouldn't still be wiping their asses with their hands and their best and brightest wouldn't be leaving en masse.

The US has long been the recipient of a brain drain across the world, much to our benefit.

More likely they got loans and help from their communities to start out. They also know all the tax loopholes and grants and take full advantage of everything they can

There is no law regarding who can't own what based on race. A lot of them bust their asses to make their businesses successful. Quite a few of those stores and motels aren't in the safest areas either so they're willing to risk it
Also quite a few Indians are doctors and engineers. Whenever you see Asians listed under medical school numbers many if not most in some cases are Indians

The media doesn’t allow “white people” to do this, though. We’re all white, we’re all the same, and we’re not allowed to “diverse” in this way
White people diversity now comes from sexual orientation, which is why we see so many crazy fragmentation just with sexuality now IMO
