You have to be insane to want to host the Oscars.
There is zero upside. I think Ellen is the only host in the last decade to get out relatively unscathed and even she got ripped a little when it was discovered that her "impromptu" celeb selfie was a sponsored bit.

She's 100% right. Digging up old tweets and stand up bits is petty and vindictive.
It's also racist - Chelsea Handler and Sarah Silverman get a pass on more recent and worse jokes, so the real issue can only be Kevin Hart having too much melanin.
