Quit putting your elbows on the table when you eat.

That's been happening with a few of mine as well - really annoying.

I noticed the pattern that all three of my shirts that ripped at the elbow are from Brooks Brothers. Don't know if that's just a coincidence or what.

Youre right handed and wearing through the fabric at your elbow because youre constantly rubbing your elbow against your desk/chair arm when you move your mouse.

Try to not work as hard

Also get different shirts

My shirts all do this eventually. I think it is due to the fact that I always have the sleeves rolled 2-3 times, and it puts added strain on the material at the elbow. It's also because I rest on my elbows a lot when I am at the computer.

If you roll your sleeves, I suggest rolling them up above your elbows as much as you can to help with this.

It's happened to me before but with the right arm on a bunch of suits. If it's only the right arm try to find out if it's the chair arm at work or something like the center console of your car. I got a new chair at work and got really conscious of where I place my elbows. Seems to have fixed the problem.

What do the knee areas of your pants look like? Is your back sticky?

It's not a coincidence - it's happened to almost all of my BB shirts. Don't even really buy them anymore.

Pretty much all mine tear on the left sleeve, so I've changed my habits to make sure nothing is rubbing on them, and they still rip after only about 8-10 wears. It's bullshite.

Nailed it. All three of mine tore on the left sleeve.

I don't buy BB anymore either.
