No, these killers are almost never seriously mentally ill. Most of them do, however, have personality disorders (which technically are mental illnesses since they are in the DSM)

Multiple shooters imo
There are almost always reports of multiple shooters and it rarely turns out to be true. I don't think it would be hard for a single shooter with an AK to kill 19 people in a Walmart on a Saturday morning.

Idk where Walt or that other guy lives but in TX there are some pretty serious doxxing laws along with internet libel.
