well...... most everything not already developed is wetlands around that area. I passe by around 8 and the boom was straight out with the truck pivoted up. It did not look good.

pumping concrete with a long reach can be very dangerous
the pump truck is a separate hire btw, it's not owned or operated by the redi-mix vendor (the concrete trucks) or by the finishing contractor/GC

plenty of liability to go around if there's an injury
