EBR Coroner's Office on scene of construction accident on Burbank Dr. (Baton Rouge)

Thought that also, maybe, but the video never showed any concrete trucks.
Sucks that you have to sit thru the commercial to replay the video.
The person that was loaded into the ambulance appeared to move his foot just at the end of that scene.

I heard the sirens around 6:30. Ambulance drove down Staring headed to OLOL at 7.
