This wouldn’t be a win (or a loss) for that fool regardless of what she and her opponents say.

The other thing that voters need to question is why is this being voted on now instead of a month ago during the general election. Why wait to put this on the ballot when many more people aren't aware of it, other than the Democrats that get bussed to the polls.

This is at least on the ballot with a statewide race, albeit not a highly publicized one. The ones that are real bullshite are when they put one of these on a ballot by itself on a random Saturday in April. That shouldn't be allowed.

If we are just talking about east Baton Rouge, in a mere 2 years the tax rates have been 9%, then 10% for a few years, now down to 9.45% until 2025 and now they want to raise it another 1/2 cent for 30 years? Show me a more bass ackwards state than ours.

Green Light Plan did yield improvements. It just didn’t go far enough.
Was the cost worth it?

Some very significant projects were completed in GreenLight that have clearly done their part to improve traffic flow/access.

Its not finished. There are over a half dozen projects left on the board totaling over 200 million dollars.

To speed them up they included them in the plan we are voting on.

We are voting a second tax to hurry and get the first plan done.

bet a majority of the people voting no have not even looked at the list of projects
If you think we're voting no because of the projects listed, you're very out of tune with the politicians/politics in Louisiana.

Add another “No” vote to this list for me.

I voted “Yes” for the green light plan and like most people have stated they still not finished with that so we are going to get taxed twice for it?

30 Years is a very long time to commit to a tax for a special project IMO.

I have zero trust in our current leadership in this parish.

We need light synchronization more than anything and is way cheaper.

And finally any road tax that doesn’t include a new bridge and interstate fixes isn’t worth voting “Yes” for as there will be another tax for that IF we really want to fix our traffic issues and not just create jobs for political donors.
