It's an interesting situation all around, but certainly doesn't seem too analogous to the NFL deal.
well I wasn't making an direct comparison to the NFL "boycotts", more just a jab at the weekly threads on NFL ratings and how odd they were
I hope conservatives boycott AB to the fricking ground and then move on the MillerCoors

This isn’t a normal boycott, and your persistent posting here indicates you know this is true.

the Moderates have arrived.
moderates and conservatives should support Anheuser Busch.

"When I actually look into it, I'm not gonna blame the whole company for the inaction or the stupidity of someone in a marketing campaign that got woke as hell," Trump said of the collaboration on Thursday.
Trump cited Anheuser-Busch's record of donating slightly more to conservative politicians than liberal ones as reason to keep buying their beer.
"The company itself doesn’t participate in the same leftist nonsense as the other big conglomerates," Trump said. "Frankly, they don’t participate in the same woke garbage that other people in the beer industry actually do, who are significantly worse offenders when I looked into it. But if they do this again, then it’s on them! Then, screw them."

Yeah, the loyal Trumpsters should be out buying as much as possible.

Not saying anything one way or the other, just wanted to chime in and say the markets don't think it's too big of a deal, at least at this time. The stock is almost back to where it was when this all started.
I bet some long investors loved this move by the marketing team.

just doubling down on stupid in this thread huh?
Posted on 4/17/23 at 12:13 pm to ChiGator
is a 7% loss really getting "crushed"?
maybe I should read more of the thread.
I thought it would be much much worse. I bet "on-premise" is going to be more severe.

If the goal is to avoid trannies and people who support them this likely isn’t a very good plan

because they donate more of their proceeds to republicans than whatever alternative beer you are drinking. Kinda weird to do a boycott over politics that directly hurts your own political party

I'm not a Republican.
Man you sure think in simple ways.

you asked why "anyone" should support them. Or did you forget that part?
Posted on 4/17/23 at 12:16 pm to Corinthians420
It was Trump Jr. who said that. Last time I checked he wasn't running for office. Could you provide a link so we can see what fine publication decided to deceive the public?

Hell, I'm willing to admit I am and to say I could give two fricks about that goofy 'gotcha' chart.
