Prepare thy anus.

They both depreciate like a rock falls.

Is moving costs that much more expensive on double than single? We can wait for mj2 and ask him.

You will take a much bigger hit on a double wide.

Double wides on land in a decent area seem to hold their value fairly well judging by the listings.

If a single is ever easier to sell, it's probably because you can't ask much for it.

Bigger ladies prefer a double wide.

You serious clark? If you are looking at trailers not in a college town, resell is going to be shite no matter what. find you a nicer used one on some land you can buy and live in it until you could potentially build you something. At least the land can go up in value, the trailer will be useless down the road.

They're both easy as hell to sell. The question to ask is which one will I not get the least ROI on.

I would imagine the single wide would be easier to resell. Guys using them for hunting/fishing camps would probably buy good ones.

You know, a single wide vs. renting if that is the only other option can be cheaper in the long haul even if you end up taking a loss on the trailer when you sell it.

I don't know how much a pad for it costs so I would just be pulling numbers out of my arse.

Maybe someone who has done it will explain it (if they haven't already in the thread).

As long as it has a glamour bath, either one should sell easily.

Also helps to have porch.
