Earth has a suprisingly small amount of water compared to other Solar System bodies

Europa might even have more liquid water than earth does if scientists are right about the ocean under the icy surface.

that's all a bunch of horse shite.
We have no idea how much water ice is on pluto. It's theoretical. the surface is covered in ice alright, compromised of 98% nitrogen. They theorize it's water ice underneath that.
Europa is covered in water ice on the surface, and we think, key word think, or theorize, that underneath that layer of ice is an ocean of water.
The chart you posted is all theoretical.

Water is one of the essential components for life, as we understand it on Earth.
Think about the shear amount of H2O just in our solar system.
Then extrapolate that across the galaxy and universe. That's a lot of water, and a lot of potential life.

Yes, it’s a theory, but given the types of fractures on the (relatively young) surface, the trace amounts of clays and salts on the surface, and it’s proximity to Jupiter which is likely causing heat-generating tidal flexing, Europa sounds like as strong a candidate as any for extraterrestrial life.

Maybe, but they have no idea how thick it is. It could be 10 miles deep, or 100 miles deep.
All they know is that plumes of some substance have jetted out from the surface of Europa at certain specific times and those plumes contain Hydrogen and Oxygen, which they assume is likely to be water vapor, hence, there must be an ocean of water under the ice.

They know a little more than that:
