During the Tiger celebration tonight. Frolicking around in a swimming pool. Lawyer commercials are the lowest of the low.

Their claim of being the "official injury lawyers of the LSU Tigers" has seriously been called into question, given how much Gordon has done for the LSU athletic program in the last couple of years.

Nothing will ever top the one of the CGI McLaren-ish cars playing football.

First ballot HOF local commercial

When I was a kid a local car dealer in Alexandria had a knockoff Earnest impersonator in their commercials.. they were oscar worthy

"You ought go, to Au-to Max!"

During lunch one day this week I decided to watch over-the-air TV. Think it was the local Fox channel. EVERY commercial was for personal injury attorneys.

You would think that DD would be proud to advertise how much they support LSU athletes with NIL funding; especially since Chad Dudley played tennis for LSU

Instead you get the impression DD wrote a fat check to the University in order to hang personal injury banners at LSU sporting events.

Yeah that was pretty bad for them. Just goofy though not shitty like some of the others.

Who locally had the best/least cheesy commercials out of the personal injury attorneys?

Every time I visit Nola, I turn on the hotel tV to see how quickly I will encounter the D&D losers commercial. It usually takes no more than 5 minutes and it’s a string of D&D and Morris B back to back commercials. Absolutely pathetic.

I know and like most of these guys. They’re capitalizing on a sadly existing market. They advertise on daytime tv because, well, their clients aren’t working or at the gym at lunch.

Spencer Callahan is all over the place but he isn’t completely embarrassing himself in floaties. He gets my vote for least cheesy. Catching a football for a 5 second filler break is effective and doesn’t alienate non-idiots.

Gordon doesn’t bother me so much because a lot of it is done tongue in cheek. He knows he’s running out of ways to advertise the path to the prize closet. But DudDebo really want to be your friends so much that it’s next level cringe.

Having bid on manpower contracts at LSU, and I assume these "official" ad campaigns are bid the same way, Gordon hasn't found the right palms to grease over there.

Nah. But I don’t fault them for capitalizing on a broken system. Payday Loans, check cashing, and high volume PI attorneys have the same client base.

I prefer that over "I broke my nail and Gordon got me $250,000" and that horrible rap jingle but I also realize I'm not his target audience.
