I would say most days during daylight hours you could get from Houston to Lafayette faster then I could get from Lafayette to Baton Rouge.
Absolute horseshite.
I’ve done both drives hundreds of times.
Houston to Lafayette is 220 miles. Lafayette to BR is maybe 70. NFW those are equivalent times.

Since you didn’t mention the piles of garbage strewn across the state roadways, I doubt you actually drove across Louisiana.

GFY, OP. Louisiana has its issues but you seem like a miserable lost soul. Corrupt government aside, I love living here. The food, people, and the culture are one of a kind.
this is called stockholm syndrome

So your saying you’ve done this drive hundreds of times and it’s hasn't taken you 2.5-3 hours a good number of times. I know for a fact I can make it from Houston to Lafayette in 3 hours almost every trip. Lafayette to BR you never now how long it will take unless you are traveling after 7pm and before 7am. I’m not saying it would equate everyday but you can’t deny it’s a much worst stretch with no options once on the Basin. Plus with the widening construction from Lafayette to Henderson it’s added 30-45 mins to the trip. But as I said traveling across Louisiana north to south or east to west is not near as bad a many people make it out to be.

It’s funny that a Louisiana based website gives zero fricks about Texas
Louisiana-based website? I think it’s a LSU-based website? Is google a California-based website? Amazon a Washington-based website? Does this somehow imply that people of those states get special rights or privileges when using those websites?

30 times a year minimum since 92. Never that long. Not once.

Well must be why I’ve never won the power ball I’m riddled with bad luck apparently. In my 2 years of driving it weekly I bet I had it happen 15-20 times and at least one 6-7 hour trip in there.

Then you are bribing the Jeff Davis cops and you’ve cut a deal with the Winnie police.
Also, you’ve had to deal with the chutes between the border and Beaumont.
You may have left Crowley and made it to Baytown or Anahuac in three. No way you are making it from River Ranch to Fanin Street downtown in three.

the best part about living in Louisiana is that when you travel, you are in awe of all the wonderful things outside of Louisiana. Other places seem majestic in comparison.

I need to introduce you to the magic of 190 and the Rosedale Road.

Yeah LSU is in Louisiana
So are the Saints and the Pels and 99% of the other shite trash discussed on this website.
But keep showing us your Texas insecurities

Where is the TD headquarters? I’ve been meaning to stop by for a visit.
I guess LSU fans and alumni that live out of state should refrain from using the site...

The only insecure one here is you. Sorry...

Chicken lives in Houston, is a NOLA native, graduated from Jesuit and LSU
I’m pretty sure his brother, who is the brains behind this whole operation lives in Chicago.
Not sure what your point is.
Don’t you have websites that are dedicated to Texas based sports/schools/politics/news, etc to troll on?

Where have I been trolling?
So to get it straight...a guy who lives in Houston has a brother who lives in Chicago. They created a website that started with LSU sports, and has branched out. And you...you don’t want Texans (regardless of their affiliation with LSU) on the website because you are too ignorant to know what actual trolling is?
Got it...

Yeah I found rosedale rd it was a life saver many times but that was on the back end of my time traveling that route. Moved to Dallas recently so now I have different traffic problems.
