Drivers who sit through a traffic light change while hey look at their phones.

By the time that you realize that they're not moving, blow your horn, they look up and realize what's going on... they drive through the yellow light as it turns to red.
Ticket?
Loss of license?
Death penalty?

If you wait to honk at them until the light turns yellow, you’re doing it wrong. I give them about .2 seconds

I’ve been waiting for car companies to come out with a feature that beeps when a light turns green.

There's an exit from my neighborhood where drivers will pull into the intersection to make sure that they're the next one out. Blocking drivers who could get into the right lane and make a right turn on red.
While I'm blowing my horn at them, I fantasize about having a paint gun and methodically covering their driver's side as I wait for the light to change.

Drivers who go to the front to get let in when a lane is closed instead of getting in line. I always hope that no one will let them in, but they always do.
