Sometimes I honk my horn at cell phone users, even when the light is still red.
Some punch it and run the light. Is that bad?

This is every day. The ones who drive 2001 Ford Tauruses and do not have the capabilities of listening to radio like most normal people... Oh, they are the best. They wear their earbuds in the sounds of a horn do not faze them.

I don't see an issue when you're in a fricking mile long line of traffic for the next traffic light. It's not like you're going to make the next 2 lights anyway.
Unless you think 30 yards will make up that 5260 feet difference in 15 seconds.
What I don't like are people who hop into the left hadn turning lane literally 3/4 of a mile from their turn. They are usually hauling arse and you're screwed if you don't catch them in your mirror before pulling out for your turn 100 feet away.

Drivers who go to the front to get let in when a lane is closed instead of getting in line. I always hope that no one will let them in, but they always do.

Let us not forget Perkins/College redlight and all the dumbass afraid-to-disappoint assholes who let all of the Exxon and McDonald's customers have the right of way, which causes 20 seconds in delay per a-hole. Why would I let someone who went to make such a poor decision as to have breakfast at McDonald's cut out in front of me and cause another 30-second disruption to traffic? These people need to stop eating fat stupid fat arse food and go eat somewhere else. If you are on Perkins and pulling up to Perkins and college red light, stop allowing these fat asses to pull out in front of a standstill crowd. It is not like you were letting them out in front of you going 45 miles per hour. It stalls like crazy. Screw the fat asses at McDonald's who believe they're at a 3 way stop!!

As someone who has unfortunately been honked at once or twice due to using my phone, we need the have blockers in cars while in motion.
I spend an hour minimum a day driving due to my job and the amount of idiotic cell phone use I see daily is fricking mind blowing. Like two hands on a phone 6 inches from your face while holding the wheel at 70mph with your knees kind of use.
