Dude got kicked out of the club, tried to go back in the club and got kicked out again. Got in his car and returned to the club and plowed into the crowd outside of said club. Angry bystanders pull him out of the car and beat the shite out of him and eventually somebody shot him. News at 11.

We need common-sense vehicle control. Like licensing and background checks and having vehicles seized for reckless driving and licenses revoked for same and repeat offenders.

Despite footage clearly showing a driver mowing over 30 people, don’t let your eyes fool you, nobody was hurt… well, now that I think of it… none of this ever happened

The discussion was country not individual city. Can you get in a car and leave west Jackson? Hope in a car and leave Cairo, still a shite hole.

Wow…zeros in on a 4 square mile area of a country with approximately 3,600,000 square miles to prove his point about us being a 3rd world country.

You're right...it's Trump's fault

Brother I've been to a 3rd world country(Iraq). You haven't the slightest idea what a 3rd world country looks like but I can assure you we are far from it. We have our problems, yes, but to say we are a 3rd world country is just ignorant.

All the details (and video of the very conscious dude getting beat) are right here...

Initial reports indicated the driver had been shot just before the incident and may have lost control of their vehicle; it was later learned that the driver was shot in the aftermath of the crash, not before it.

Certain urban areas of our country are starting to resemble third world countries though
