I graduated LSU in may of 84( no cell phones). One night in August I woke up in the middle of the night in a panic. I dreamed I had slept thru a final!

I still have a recurring dream that I completely ignored a sophomore level math class, couldn’t graduate and had to go back for another semester.

I think its pretty bad it happens to so many people its common on TD.

I saw an article last year had what people in various countries report as nightmare. exam stress was not #1 anywhere.
its sure high in USA.
I bet Japan has exam nightmares.
their system sounds hellish.

Apparently these dreams are common in men. Interpretations are something about how you don’t think you’ll accomplish your goals.

I have the same dream. It’s usually a math class.

Signed up day one. Forgot to drop and it’s time for the final. Don’t know where the room is. Other variations are I was trying to just go on exam days and take the exam. Or I can’t make it to the room in time for the exam. But mainly just a math class. And I forgot to drop and now I’m going to get an F.

What’s very odd is that the physical setting for these dreams is usually my high school. Not my college.

Another weird thing is now that I’m older…. Memories of college are starting to fade pretty badly…. And high school? I can remember barely any of it at all. High school in and of itself feels like a dream, like I never went, because I remember so little. Algebra? Pre calc? US govt? Doesn’t even feel real.

I have had this dream for years. I graduated LSU in 1983. Probably less frequent now. This is a pretty common dream for many people. Many friends and coworkers have this dream in slightly different iterations.

Yes-still have the dream. Occasionally I have dreams that I didn’t have a required class to graduate or I didn’t go to a class that I had signed up for so I was going to fail it. I also had one recently where I couldn’t find a class on the first day. I graduated college over 2 decades ago.

Nothing worst then having a stress dream about bombing or missing a test. I still have them and during my dream I say it's time to wake the fuq up I ain't got time for this. Abort abort this dream

I have this dream where it’s a final, I haven’t been to the class all year, and I can’t find the class. Then I keep showing up to the wrong one. My brother has this same dream.
