Dude is an expert in his field, if he had his way he'd lock everything down for 3 years.
That said, he's only focusing on his field, it isnt his job to know how his ideas will effect the economy.
The leaders of the country need to take all of these experts' ideas as a composite and make the best, middle ground decision for the country.
