Dorothy Jackson still at it. Sues Plummer family

BATON ROUGE- Former Southern University Law Professor Dorothy Jackson is suing the Plummer family.
The lawsuit was filed Monday.
Jackson was terminated after she drafted a will at Southern's Elder Law Clinic for Helen Plummer, a client at the Council on Aging. Plummer did not qualify because she wasn't considered poor.
The will would have benefited Council on Aging Director Tasha Clark Amar by her receiving $120,000. Jackson also submitted a bill for her work, but all sides backed off when the WBRZ Investigative Unit exposed what happened.
Reports say the lawsuit filed by Jackson claims statements about the will to WBRZ and other news outlets were defamatory and malicious.

You know, one would think that someone who is possibly on the hook to be disbarred would not file a stupid lawsuit that is going to bring further attention to her shenanigans. But not Ms. Dorothy, she is going for it yet again.

I hope (won’t happen) that whatever judge gets this just starts cracking up laughing (in court) at her as s/he throws it out...
More realistic outcome will be this will go to Dytarsha’s Mother, Judge Janice Clark, who will favor on the side of Jackson because her daughter and cronies got caught...

I’m aware but that case has Grimace as the plaintiff. Because the purple monster isn’t part of the suit, a judge (like Clark) may not recuse thenselves.
Either way this whole group is a joke and all should be behind bars. They also just keep doing idiot things like this lawsuit to keep what happened fresh in everyone’s mind. Had they just shut the eff up in the first place, they could of been back to ripping off old people in no time.

The bar association has to do something at some point as they cannot like how this reflects on them.
