If you watch the video, the employees said the box was empty when they tried to return it.

Also funny comment "You can see destiny's mom in the purple wig trying to break up the fight"

This story is a caricature of culture.

Seems reasonable to me?

I’ve been to Captain D’S in Memphis numerous times. Usually it’s fine but one time, a customer was leaking runny shite on the floor of the restaurant making his way to the bathroom. Not a pleasant sight.

I'm not so sure anymore. It seems to be the norm.

Yeah I don’t think anyone should expect a refund without showing up with the proof. Sounds like food was eaten and then complained about. Restaurant people weigh in.

According to the slanted news report, the food was completely eaten and the fact that nothing was being returned was the basis of refusal of refund.

Looks like a safe, clean, and friendly place to eat mediocre fast food.

A Memphis family says when they tried to get a refund on undercooked fish, they got a big surprise.

There was no refund and a beatdown by employees at a fast food restaurant.
