Is there any local charity, etc., which accepts working old TVs?

Bring them to a nursing home. A lot of patients would like one in their room but can’t afford it. They usually are excited for people to donate them to the facilities.

Get a sledgehammer, some friends, and a case of beer and have some good old destructive fun.

Save one of them and buy an original nintendo with the laser gun on ebay and play duck hunt. The gun only works with a tube tv.

Goodwill doesn’t take them anymore. Only flat screens. They can’t give the tube TVs away.

Keep it. It might be worth something in about 15 years.

If it still works, some hunting baw will probably be glad to take a free tube TV off your hands to use at their camp

Been there. Nobody wants them. Best Buy will take it if you give them $25.

Take this opportunity to drop it off of a building or shoot it or something.

The town dump charges 25 bux for a tv.

Tossing it off a bridge sounds like a good plan.

Not true, CRT TVs still have use for old video games, many gamers seek out the high-end CRT TVs and will pay top dollar for them. It just has to be a good one

Build an old school arcade cabinet or keep it to play old games on.
