comparing a suburb of Little Rock to NOLA?

There's a huge difference between the two, yes. But that's the point. That was my first time realizing that the senseless murders didn't have to be a regular occurrence. Life could be much more peaceful. I'm not comparing the night life or restaurant scenes.

But living where I do now in Huber Heights, we have Dayton really close. Sure there's crime but not on the level of New Orleans. And I'd put the atmosphere of this place above what I experienced in New Orleans. There are lots of festivals going on here (where we feel completely safe), the craft beer scene is exploding, really good local restaurants, etc.

I'm not saying there isn't a lot to do or like about New Orleans, but the ridiculous amount of violent crimes there is a huge turnoff.

Seems like it would be pretty tough to get fired from a pizza delivery job.

He is the same guy that has sucked people off for money or some shite. He's not exactly known for making good life choices.

You're right. The suburbs are SOOOOO bad. It's horrible having to drive with less traffic, be able to walk outside and not hear urban youths yelling like animals, not smell piss, and not worry about getting robbed. A HORRIBLE EXISTENCE.

Oh, is this how you deflect because without even knowing anything, you already know the killer(s) are black?

19.5 per 100,000
3 per 100,000

But you see it's the gun laws.

don't most people with commutes from the suburbs have to deal with horrible traffic?

I've had several friends murdered in New Orleans. I've had zero friends murdered elsewhere. Go figure. I'm sorry that you don't want to know what that feels like.

Don't you know people hate actually being held accountable. IT's not their fault. It's always somebody else's fault.

i would refuse to deliver a pizza to that area if I was a driver. Maybe Church's need to go into the pizza business.

Is New Jersey not that far off with Sandy?

I loved Louisiana and everything about it. State pride and the whole shebang. Then I lived somewhere else for a while and I get an outside view of the Louisiana, and I can't stand it.

I'm not knocking anyone who loves it. There are some good things to the state and I get loving what you know. For me personally, I'm glad we left.

agreed. Katrina is what really opened my eyes. Every other state who gets hit with a hurricane was able to help itself and didn't have "refugees" all over the country. But Louisiana is the exception.

This might be the stupidest comment I've ever read on this website and that is obviously saying a lot. Show me another state that had a major city with 80 percent of it flooded. Should the 'refugees' have lived in houseboats?

Very true. Another piece of shite city. But I don't believe it would've been as bad had NOLA not set the precedent. Now every major hurricane you're gonna have the people looking to get free shite and make a buck and get FEMA money.

NOLA is a shithole

That's very true, but delivery drivers get robbed and sometimes shot in a lot of other places. They are mostly unsuspecting kids and they carry at least some cash.
