How does this make business sense?
I can drop my pizza on the ground on purpose. Bring it back and get a free pizza.
Not saying I do this but is this how you get free dominos pizza?

It's a ploy to get an extra $2 per pizza.

Kind of like how we brought back two cans of paint to Lowe's because it turned out to be a lighter shade than we expected once we'd let it dry.
We expected they'd just let us exchange for two new cans of paint, but they instead refunded us the full amount.
Told my wife on the way out "well, I guess we know how to get free paint now..."
