Nutrias are known vectors of tuberculosis which is partly we are trying to eradicate them. If anyone in your family comes down with cold and cough symptoms this Christmas please get chest rads to check for tuberculosis. Unfortunately the tb endospores impregnate porous surfaces and lay dormant so the drywall may need to come out as well
