I'm always fascinated by the cultural and language, uh, 'challenges' when 'working' with others overseas.... I'm 'interviewing' prospects and am evaluating the following. This is real life. Watcha think?

i always get a giggle when I get our team in romania, our team in india and our team in argentina on the phone together. See them trying to communicate in english is a hoot. finding a time that works for them is a pain in the butt.
