It wasn’t really a nice thing to do, but you’ve got to keep your dogs off other people’s property.
And seems rather appropriate for MS.

Was this dog a known biter? I’d have to see some pretty serious wounds to accept someone shooting my dog.

I can't imagine shooting a dog just bc it was in my yard. You have to have some serious unresolved issues for that to be your first instinct.

Not just in your yard, but in your trash.
I’ve wanted to shoot my neighbor’s dogs for crapping in my yard.

I looked more into the story. The nneighbors figured out by elimination, thathe neighbor has been a jerk because Hillary didnt win. He killed the dog because the owner is a veteran that supports Trump

If he let his dog run free, I agree.

If the dog got out by accident...poor form by the neighbor.

Couple of things here:

1) Keep your dog on a leash or train them to stay home. A stray dog, no matter the breed, can be dangerous in so many situations.

2) It takes a real a-hole to shoot a dog without any actual reasoning

3) What does him being a veteran have to do with this?

Some people (trash) are eager to kill anything that steps foot on their property just because. I’m all for a violent animal being killed if it threatens you or your family but just a loose dog? Pretty sure that’s not legal.

I’m not shooting a dog on my property unless it’s killing my animals or acts aggressively towards me or family or guests.
