The board needs to replace Oscar Munoz. Besides presiding over the passenger and dog debacles, he recently replaced a popular performance bonus program with a $100,000 lottery, which everyone hates, and he stoked fears of an industry-wide price war by talking up capacity expansion that made no sense.
