She didn't go through your wallet. She grabbed your wallet and got the money out of it for you that you needed. I would have said something if I caught her snooping through it or sneaking money out of it but this is not at all what happened here. You definitely were a dick. Man up and apologize.

you're being a lunatic. going through your wallet to get cash to pay for the pizza is very different than you being in the shower or something and she goes through and takes some cash out for spending money without your knowledge
