If the dog is put down for this, then it's only fair that the babysitter be prosecuted for criminal negligence.

It was in his office, not sure what the ruling is there.
I thought the Dan-whatever was someone else at the clinic, didn't remember he was a lawyer the second time I opened it.
Still don't know why anyone takes the vet at face value when he wasn't in the room

We don't have details but it sounds like the kid went into his office where the dog was staying and pestered the dog. Trespassing?
