You need to clean up that subject man. You put way too much thought to have it all negated by
quote:

Does our universe exist the black hole in another 4 dimensional universe

Try "does our universe exist within a black hole from a 4 dimensional universe."

Thanks will do. I like I said I'm sleepy as hell and coffee isn't even beginning to scratch it.

That being said, I've always been fond of the theory that we're in a black hole. The 4-3 dimensional aspect here is pretty interesting too. As soon as we find a white hole we should know for sure

Same. Plus "scientists" release so much speculation disguised as fact that it muddies the water. Sounds interesting but then you step back and realize there's no way they could know that.

A fark I made nearly ten years ago. Shocked to see it still showing up. My first photoshopped Sig image.

I had no idea. I like boobs. I like LSU.

Think I got it by looking up "LSU babe" or something of the like.

First, substitute "event horizon" everywhere you used the word "singularity" and then start over.

I don't believe that would be accurate.

Sorry, but I will wait for Yoga Girl's opinion before believing any of this.

Certainly not and you're right. No telling what they come up with to allow us to peak and prod back even further.

Truly amazing just how little we know

I tried to make it through Hawkings last book that was dumbed down for the masses and it crushed me, embarrassing how little I know about space.

You should have went to grammar school before talking about such complexities.

The full part:

Theoretically a star existing the four dimensional universe could have went supernovae

If you're referring to the spelling of supernova I guess you are correct, I used the plural (or a form of it) rather than the singular when using the singular of star. My bad.

I find things like this so interesting, but I really struggle to understand additional dimensions. I can't picture it...my brain can't process it.

I don't want credit, I just haven't seen that image in years. that was like three computers ago, I don't even have the file anymore. I was just glad to see it again.

There was a thread of just photoshopping that one chick. Who at the time was thought to be Tim Tebow's girlfriend.

The way you presented it in your OP is a little misleading.

The singularity, the things "inside the black holes" you alluded-to ... if I am reading the gist of your question/observation correctly - I'm not sure that's where certain theoretical physicists are theorizing that alternate universes exist.

I'm pretty sure it is more about crossing over the event horizon, or otherwise using the gravitational pull of the singularity, as a means to travel or pass over and into alternate universes.

It's the whole wormhole thing except here's where it gets kinda crazy ... two singularities from two different plains of existence would have to line-up in order for them to be passed-through. As when the plain of existence, of space and time, folds over unto itself.

But now, these days, they've taken it to multiple levels - multiverses ... and they are infinite.

IMHO a lot of the new revelations have to do with them finally proving the existence of gravitational waves ... Einstein was correct all along. The anomalies are, perhaps, the result of alternative universes ... it's going to be interesting to watch for awhile.

Read the Nature article I posted in the OP

quote:

In our Universe, a black hole is bounded by a spherical surface called an event horizon. Whereas in ordinary three-dimensional space it takes a two-dimensional object (a surface) to create a boundary inside a black hole, in the bulk universe the event horizon of a 4D black hole would be a 3D object — a shape called a hypersphere. When Afshordi’s team modelled the death of a 4D star, they found that the ejected material would form a 3D brane surrounding that 3D event horizon, and slowly expand.

The authors postulate that the 3D Universe we live in might be just such a brane — and that we detect the brane’s growth as cosmic expansion. “Astronomers measured that expansion and extrapolated back that the Universe must have begun with a Big Bang — but that is just a mirage,” says Afshordi.
