Neighbor has felt exhausted since he received the shot. He said no matter how much sleep, or how much caffeine, he just feels tired all of the time. Ill pass.

I do not - but then again I didn't do it for me, I did it for my immuno compromised wife, and older parents who have health issues.

Do you test yourself every day? Did you upgrade your home HVAC? Do you quarantine after venturing out?

Sorry about your wife, I am just amazed at how many "immune compromised" people surfaced with all of this. It's the gluten allergy of the day.

Most people or fat and have co morbidities. So they should get the shot. They should not regret it. It can save their lives. Healthy people should probably regret it.

because they don't need it? Surely you can think of other obvious reasons.

If they don't need the booster, then they didn't need the vaccine. What am I missing here?
(Edit: I did see another response about maybe someone didn't want the vaccine, but they got it for work. I get that. Then there's the whole issue about them changing the definition of "fully vaxxed")

I guess it's obvious that you don't need a booster if you've been vaccinated in the 6-9 months or whatever.

Meaning the elderly who have diabetes, congestive heart failure, Alzheimer’s, and multiple chronic comorbidities are still more prone to test positive due to impaired immune systems.

OT told me that you are just as likely to catch COVID and pass it on being vaxxed as unvaxxed

I’m being dead serious that I thought that wasn’t thy case but I took Stout for his word

ETA: since I only broke down and got the vaccination after a little pressure from the world since I had a baby at home and a pregnant wife

I'm actually impressed with this thread so far with so many already admitting they wish they hadn't gotten it.

the freedom to choose is all we should ever champion. i just didn't think i knew enough about this one (and no one did) to feel good about it. fortunately, bazillions of people have gotten it now, and based on risk factors we will begin to see the unknown risks show.

if the risks continue to be super low with the shots, then maybe one day I'll get it. for now, i am VERY glad I haven't yet gotten it.

Nope. And my decision is bolstered by the weird conspiracy theories about it. My favorite was the doctor who put the vaccine under a microscope and saw little metallic aliens.

Not many would admit to it. They just want to force everyone else to get it because they either were forced to keep jobs or just regret getting it by their own will.

I do. I’m in the military and took it when it was offered but I now wish I had not.

Even if you’ve changed your mind, I think you’d be hard pressed to find data that points to it being idiotic. At worst it’s not worse than covid.

I commend your intentions.
But, getting that shot does nothing to stop infections.

I realize it was sold as such. But, that's just not true.

Don't regret it or the booster. I've taken 60 flights in the past year, traveled extensively and been exposed plenty but never had so much as the sniffles or any reason to even test. Has it done anything, idk there's no real way to prove it. But I'm not going to regret getting it because I'm not afraid of shots, had zero issues with any of the 3 and don't believe its gene therapy or poison.
