Hello! They won't be replacing them with anything. Is no one paying attention to the turds who run the world? There will no longer be such a thing as wasteful private vehicle ownership.

let's say everyone drives an electric powered vehicle. With how many totaled vehicles we have across the country every year that can be scrapped and recycled, where are these new batteries going to come from?

Worked in recycled auto parts for years, and judging from how we had to handle the batteries from hybrids back then, EV's definitely aren't better for the environment when it comes to disposing of the batteries.

Dodge makes great motors

Dodges have horrible electronics

Let’s get rid of the best thing in a Dodge and expand he worst thing about them. Seems like a great plan to join Sears, Service Merchandise and Shoneys

Etc going to come from?

This is insane trying to force this on people.

It's going to be a boondoggle of epic proportions.

Don't forget the biggest thing....where are the buyers for these? Everyone isn't just going to start buying electric vehicles in an instant and certainly not as soon as 2023/2024. When reading something like this, I wonder why would a company get rid of a popular product line to start making a much less product line. Is beg daddy government doing work behind the scenes promising the next bailout to only those who get in line and follow the "plan"?

that's not the point really, they want to take advantage of government subsidies. actual customers buying cars are a distant second priority.

They'll still be chargers and challengers, just electric

No way an EV makes it through a 12 hour patrol shift.

Stellantis (sp?) just recently announced a 400+hp twin turbo straight six... I guess it's going into pickups and suv's only.

Figured they would go into a new gen challenger/charger as well.

I am saying this and I have no idea of the numbers as far as sales. Just seems like the charger and challenger are just about the only thing that can halfway pass for a muscle car today. Seems like that would be a niche market they could do well in.

What a time to be alive! When a joke falls over, it can now self-right.
