USPS lost a delivery for me this month. It was a check. So no I have to cancel the check, which has a $40 fee. Good job USPS.

The minimum a Fedex delivery driver makes is $19. The inability of you mouth breathers to even find the first search result of a search engine is amazing.

Have had a box of cigars ship on July 13th. Got to BR by the 15th. Then sent to Florida. Back to BR. Then to Mobile, Back in BR today.

Mailman here and have been delivering for over 25 yrs and I'll say the service has definitely went down hill substantially the last 7-8 yrs. They just hire people off the street with no background check or merit to perform the job.
Postal Management is one big DEI convention.
With that being said I'd say 99% of the time the mail/package that you are waiting on will show up just not always very timely.

None of UPS, USPS or FedEx deliver on time consistently.
I've dealt with all of them and they are all within spitting distance of each other.
