If the fight went to the ground as suggested in OP, I believe she would be so unsettled by me getting hard that she could no longer focus on wrestling or juice-jitsu.

The obvious answer for me is no, because I have no idea how to fight. If you are a pretty good wrestler and you are much bigger than her (and a guy), I'd imagine you have a pretty good shot.

No way, that's the worst way for you to fight her. Once she's in close on the ground you're losing an elbow, wrist, something…
The only chance most on here would have with her is in a boxing match with standard rules. That's where your size, weight and reach advantage can come into play and stay in play throughout the match so long as you've got the stamina to keep her outside with a constant jab.
