I think more females are working out these days and because narcissism is on the rise, hotness is on the rise too because a lot of these females are putting more work into their looks.

People look the same as they always have. Girls are just getting much better at makeup because of YouTube

Maybe it's just relative. There's definitely a larger gap, but is it just that what used to be a 6 now looks like a 7 because another used to be a 6 now looks like a 5 or even a 4 in these times.

I'd say it's regional. The south and Midwest has some too notch talent at the upper end, but you have to wade through many more whales to see them.
The NE and west coast has great upper end talent too, but their middle grade women would get a definite bump if they lived in the south or Midwest.
Just my opinion from a few of my travels.

I think the average ones appear hotter due to less competition because many more are fat. Plus advancements in makeup and all the other plastic surgery shite these days can make an average girl look like a model

I will never forget a YouTube video someone posted on here of a girl putting on makeup. She went from busted with zits and marks all over her face to looking stunning. They use different shades to make their face, nose, etc. look thinner like they have bone structure. It's crazy.

They dress less attractive most of the time. Most of the fashion today is not flattering and counter culture to sexy.
Yoga pants though are a giant plus. Though half shouldn't be wearing them.
I see more girls in the gym doing weights. So id say a small percent are getting more muscular backs and biceps and the rest are getting more fatty.
