I know I’m late and this has probably been talked about many times on here but I just finished watching “making a murderer part 2” and I feel even stronger about his innocence than I did after watching the first one a while ago. Curious as to what you baws think? I know this could have been posted on the movie/tv board but I figured I’d get more answers here.

This.

I think Avery did it, he's pretty scummy despite what the doc tries to make you believe.

However, I DO think the local PD and sheriffs did some shady stuff to help push the investigation along.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if his new lawyer gets him out based on proof of LEO's wrongdoing. It would be out on a technicality, not proven innocent.

why do you think he’s guilty? i think he certainly could be but i don’t think there was enough to convict him. plus, way too much sketchy shite involving the police department

The doc left out some substantial stuff. Look it up.

Nobody is innocent. Did he do the thing he was accused of? I don’t know. How could anyone really know?

I doubt it.

Do I think there has been enough legitimate, untainted evidence to convict him?

Hell no.

Did you read anything about the case other than watching the "documentary"?

Yeah I think he did it. I also think the evidence and conviction is suspect.

Dassey clearly should not be in jail. He is mentally challenged and they coerced his confession. His lawyer fricked him hard.

admittedly, no. but I’ve heard they’ve left some shite out so i’ll have to get on that. i just don’t see how you can explain his blood being tampered with, or that cop calling about the vehicle being found 2 days before it was reportedly discovered. and i know avery was kind of an idiot, but i find it hard to believe he was dumb enough to leave the vehicle in the lot on his property, and also leave remains just sitting out.

Not disagreeing that there could have been shady shite done to get him convicted.

Doesn't mean he wasn't the last to see her and likely killed her.

With all the bullshite the cops pulled there is no way I could vote to convict him.
